Intuit vs Box
I am expecting an SSE offer from Intuit and a SE-3 offer from BOX. Looking at levels, It seems Comp-wise Intuit would be better. But I wanted to know about the culture, work, and other things to consider. TC - 0 (laid off recently) #tech #intuit #box #offer
Intuitâs culture has deteriorated from okay to terrible. For the past two years, weâve experienced silent layoffs, and the environment has become very toxic and political, filled with backstabbing. Theyâve effectively introduced a performance improvement plan (PIP) without formally naming it. One day, youâre a star employee; the next week, you receive a âdid not meet expectationsâ rating, and they let you go without severance. Iâm not sure about Box, but Intuit is not a good place to work.
That's bad to hear. Yeah, from the outside the culture at Box looks good on the other side pay, benefits and level are better at Intuit. Since I don't have a job now, it's really difficult to choose.

Avoid Intuit at all cost. The recruiters lie don't count on anything other than base as TC
Come in Intuit to learn politics . Everything else related to your career can wait đ
donât join intuit. everyoneâs busy to avoid pip. you got to have luck to join good team or build good connections.
What are the comps??
I did not get the exact numbers yet, But from the recruiters the range would be Box - 220k to 240k tc Intuit - 250k+tc
