Assuming that the location is the same (different groups might be variable), here's some info that I know so far. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Deutsche: kind of a mess right now, but still a Big Name company with a mature system UBS: Has more wealth management than IB, also a strong brand RBC: Focusing on their IB with a more open culture, but the brand is much weaker. What do you say?
Not my domain but RBC ftw
Very group dependent. Deutsche still a market leader in debt and leveraged finance. People are also big factor - what kind of people they are and where the alumni go.. haven’t seen much in UBS or RBC go far post IB
Too much bureaucracy in European banks. Shitty Tech and pathetic Business at UBS, I would choose RBC.
UBS 😂
Deutsche is good for the CV. Like a long term investment. Eventually you will want to make some money elsewhere.

I think getting to the right answer is going to depend a lot on group and location, there is just that wild of a gulf between teams at all three.
