Currently in amazon with shit work on retail website. Frustrated from pagers and delivery. Looking for a good learning experience with quality work at MSFT. Have an SDE2 offer MSFT. Along with Generous hike. TC - Greater than 35 lacs per annum (total comp) at MSFT. Around 25 lacs per Annum ( total comp) at Amazon. Although could have been promoted in next 6 months and make around same as in MSFT ( probably) But hell with amazon retail shit.

L61 with 36 lakhs is pretty decent. Does that include the target bonus of 50%? Is it L61 or L62?

No that is the maximum bonus at 61 or 62 ( I take it you are a 61). The bonus people typically get is in the ballpark of half that. So that half (10%) is called target bonus. That is what is typically accounted for when declaring TC on Blind.
What is target bonus? 20% of base is performance Bonus.

You are 3 years in Amazon and still at SDE 1 level, did you introspect that issue is with work or your performance. If in another cycle you're due for promotion then take it, your comp will be greater than msft, and your last bit of shares will also get vest Explore other teams as well, have you?
I am since 1 year in Amazon. Yoe is 3 yrs. Not one among those who can stay for 3 years without promo that too in Amazon. EWWW...
