1 or 2b units in and around Bellevue
Hey everyone, I am moving to Seattle soon to work at Amazon and I am looking for a place to stay. Amazon is apparently moving office to Bellevue and so I am hoping to find something in that area keeping the commute as low as possible. Ideally looking for a lease length of 9 months. So either move in to a house that has around 9 months left on the lease or just a short term lease itself. Please let me know if you know of any leads!
Craigslist or RENTCafé are your best resources Or you can commute a little. Amazon has started shuttle services from various location to Bellevue. I work in Bellevue office and commute in those shuttles
Most rentals in the area belong to Essex property trust. They have 9mo lease terms, though moving in summer is not ideal, the prices go up a little. Anything within Bellevue limits will be a 15 minute commute if you don’t blindly drive a straight lane on 8th or 4th street.
