115k in Virginia, compared to 130k in San Diego. Would it be wise to move?

Blacksburg is cheaper, my area is close to DC so kinda little expensive than Blacksburg. But that’s sir sharing this screen shot. I feel the range should be much higher for me.

I did SD on 110k. It’s livable but you won’t save a ton. A studio will run you 1500 min here
