15 years experience, underpaid?
SDE III @ Amazon, TC @ 400K, have an offer for 490K from a competitor. I haven’t prepared specifically for interviews and wondering if this is a lowball offer considering all crazy numbers being thrown around in Blind!

That’s lowball. You should be asking for at least 750k cash or cash equivalents. I am an SDE1 with 1.5 YOE and I make 400k base dude.
