15y server side experience, low TC.
Always worked on serverside (PHP, Shell, Perl), databases and some javascript. I would rather not work for F. Everyone else seems to be either JS or python. TC is low in Orange County compared to the bay/Seattle area and with my company, no stocks: 140k. BSCS/US citizen, if that matters. How to prep for a big jump in compensation with another company? Cracking the code book seems to be more for grads. Leetcode?

For Orange County, I only know Amazon that pays well. Otherwise, 140-170k is average for Orange County.

Leetcode is a must have nowadays. For your experience, system design is really important. To get a great offer, you need multiply competing offers.
