let’s post relevant new grad offers youve received to see how much companies are increasing from last year!

Company
Base / signon / annual bonus / (stocks over 4 years)
returning intern or no
negotiated offer or no
bachelors / masters / phd

this is for new grads that would be starting in fall 2020

im curious how much companies increase their pay package per year. for example, fb last year was

110k base / 75k signon / 10% annual bonus / 150k per 4 years

and this year everything seems the same but base has increased to

120k base / 75k signon / 10% annual bonus / 150k per 4 years

Do you have masters or bs? Is this after negotiating?

Do companies give offers to people who start in fall 2020?
That's like 10 months far right?

Big companies do! Most of the big companies already started hiring students graduating next semester.
