3 months ago i took my first software development job at a small 8 person consulting company and now i want to quit. The company is managed very poorly and as a result i do nothing but stare at the wall most days. Any tips on how to move to a bigger company? Im from Chicago
Start LC'ing, update your resume and start applying for similar positions.
Should i put my current job on my resume even though its only been 3 months?
Any experience is better than no experience
Stay and get a paycheck. Instead of staring at the wall, do leetcode and you’ll be really prepared.
The problem here is that it will be difficult to get interviews even if you had studied leetcode. I suggest applying to mediocre big companies, such as Capital One, etc. and build your resume from there, of course while leetcoding
State Farm has a LOT of openings for Bloomington @OP. We’re probably lower tier than banks cuz insurance but not a bad last resort.
