3yoe in marketing - anything for me in Atlanta?
Full stack marketer (adwords, inbound/hubspot, paid socia, product mktg, creative, partnerships, events, PR) with 3yoe leading US marketing of UK cybersecurity company (some nonprofit marketing experience too). Looking to move to Atlanta from Charlotte, fiancé got a really good offer in finance. Current TC is $50k...horribly underpaid, looking for $75k+ Very interested in some product mktg roles I’ve seen at Salesforce but open to other options, preferably within tech (thrive on fast-paced and high growth). Prefer creative/brand marketing or strategy over demand gen. Anything for me here? What are marketing salaries like?
Best gigs will be Mailchimp, Pindrop, Pardot/Salesforce, Terminus, startups in Atlanta Tech Village, and others. Also check crunchbase and follow the money of Atlanta VCs.

It’s out in Alpharetta, but Microsoft also has a decent size sales/marketing office. No idea how the pay is.
I think you could pull $75k at the first few I mentioned. And possibly on some follow-the-money startups too.
I don’t know where you’re coming from, but Atlanta will have relatively low salaries for marketing in tech. Everything well below $100k unless it’s a top spot. But the cost of living is very low too and actually very comfortable if you ask me.
