Can someone from FB please explain how the 401k matching works at FB? I read somewhere that FB matches 50% up to 7% of base. Say may base is 100k. So matching is at most 3.5k, correct? What if my base is 300k? Will the matching be 11.5K (50% of 21k) or it gets capped due to 18.5k IRS limit so that the max match will be 9.25k? Also, what does 4 year vesting mean for 401k? If you leave before that, they take money out of your 401k? Thanks.
What kind of dummy are you? Do the damn math
Who selected him in Facebook???? Seems no good people want to join Facebook đ

It's the type of question where if you bothered to Google it, you'd see that employer match is not counted toward the annual individual contribution limit.
Yup, fair enough. I reread it now. Sorry for being snarky.
