Everyone knows blind is upwardly biased, but how is this offer for a jr product manager new grad yearly bonuses around 5% Current TC: ⭕️

Its low even for chicago non blind standards. I would shoot for 80k

OP: Ignore the haters. You have a job as a PM straight out of College, that’s not easy to do. Keep your head down and focus on making yourself useful. Stay humble and learn all of the basics. Ask questions, even if they sound dumb. There is no such thing as a dumb question at this level. Learn Agile and get your CSM. The best career advice I ever received is pretty simple: “MASTER YOUR CRAFT” Being a PM is one of the financially rewarding job titles you can have. The money will come. In 5 years you won’t care how much money you made in year one.

Both valid points — I will probably accept the offer, I just wanted to know what people thought of it. Definitely excited to start work as a PM and will soak up as much as I can :)

This is good. My first jr role was 50k in LA. Now, 4 years later, im mid-senior making 120k. Product Management is awesome
