Boise idaho
Not trolling this is my salary. Maybe I’m just complaining and need to wait it out in hopes of a better position and salary?
Oh yeah, no benefits either
The only find your worth when they know you're leaving
So threaten to leave? I’ve been looking for other work but the problem is Boise has a 3% unemployment rate and the competition is thick. Don’t get me wrong I love my job I just want to be able to make ends meet without having to do so much side work
I would absolutely not advise you to threaten to leave without having something else lined up. 4% on 35k is absolute pittance. You deserve better. Reach out to some head hunters and get your resume out
You could probably find a remote full time job making more if you're not willing to relocate.
I can’t relocate or I would for sure!
Right, so go to like remote.co and check out the jobs there. They're work from home...
There are more people with digital marketing experience than jobs. Since relocation is not an option for you, threatening them to leave will be a disaster.
I love my job too much to leave just missing the salary :/ do I do remote work to make up the gap???
You can try remote work but there is lot of cheap options available for freelance work
