Looking for some insights- how are the growth opportunities at facebook? This is for IC4 role. I would say I am mid-career, with 7 years of Experience. What are the trajectories for the IC path and how long does it take to grow to the next level? Any feedback as to whether or not this is a good time to join the company would also be appreciated!
