A better salary comparison site?

Anyone knows a better site than glassdoor or payscale? Those offer some insight but suffer from inadequate data models.

I‘m interested in total comp, and I‘d like to see the highest paying jobs across all companies in a city/country.

Is the h1b lower or about the same as non h1b, I always had the assunption they we're slightly lower but that could be nonsense.

In most companies, the h1b salary seems to be what the average non h1b would get. Then again, you go to that site and find someone with a base salary of 200k and wonder how they got there

Don't think it's lower in Big tech for H1B holders. It ultimately depends on how willing you are to take crap from the company, which basically boils down to how capable you are of quickly finding another job, which comes down to your experience, network, education, and, well, how good you are in doing what you do.
