Hi Blinders!

Yes, you read it right. I guess I understand why people say don’t talk while you eat and focus on your food and eat.

I almost ate an entree bread entree and noticed on my last bite that it has green fungus. I told the waitress, she called in the manager. He documented the incident and reported to their corporate office.

Now, corporate office has emailed me. What should I do ?

I did puke (psychological effect) later in the day to make myself better.. but the feeling that I ate fungus food still makes me dizzy! 🤢

I wouldn’t sue them. But knowing that they are well aware that you COULD sue them will be to your advantage. Ask them to be compensated, like a settlement before a lawsuit. Which company was this?

How about don’t eat at that restaurant again? Fungus on bread is not deadly, probably won’t even cause diarrhea. I’d go as far as leaving a negative review, but that’s about it

Keep complaining until they offer enough free meals.

Lawyering up and shit sounds cool but will take up a lot of your free time and may not be worth the settlement amount in the end.
