A bit too late in the interview process

Hello everyone, I got the amzn online assessment. (So, worst case, the entire process may stretch upto a month) I've upcoming onsites with 3 other (tier2) companies, and 2 other phone screens. The amzn recruiter asked about pending offers. Would it be wise to tell them to speed up the process citing other on-sites? Or should I just go with it? I am feeling bad on joining a company, and then within 3-4 weeks join somewhere else, ( but Amazon is the best of the lot). Thoughts? Thank you!!! TC 130k.

Go with the best offer and work, don’t worry about anything else

Ask to speed up. It doesn't hurt anything. They generally do speed up. Also take home online assessment? So last decade!

Thank you! Will communicate.

Yes. Tell them you have 3 upcoming on-sites. Amzn may be able to speed up the hiring process. You can also slow down the other companies. Set expectations with the recruiter about when you can make a decision. Say you want to speak to the skip manager before you accept the offer if one is given. (I reccomened speaking to the skip manager regardles but it's a strong delaying tactic) Do not accept an offer that you plan on rejecting later, that's extremely unprofessional.

That's true. I definitely do not want to accept and then reject. I would feel terrible about it. Talking to the skip level manager is an awesome tip! Thanks! I'll try doing that. But, if that doesn't buy me enough time, I am not sure what to do.

Just say "I'm expecting one more offer to come in before I make my final decision." Pump the brakes on every other company and hit the gas on amzn. It'll work out.
