Based on my experience, it is not discrimination, but culture is like Chinese factory in many teams.

I can attest to the fact that this team is dominated by the Chinese. Too many of them. I work in this org.

It’s a big org. Don’t generalize.
If you're not Chinese, don't bother to join. Specially true if you're Indian.
Do you mean don’t bother to join if you’re an indian?
At the very least be careful what you're getting into, if you are allowed to get in. You'll notice immediately what I mean the moment you get into the building.
