AWS is a great tech company but not happy with compensation package
I'm a pretty competent presales /architect / training looking for opportunities in Google or Microsoft . What kind of package should I expect in SF, LA, Seattle ? (17 yrs experience ).

Frugality is the reason they lose so many good people to the competition .. they invest in training people to the highest levels and lost them so cheap .. the stupid idea of not raising packages and grades will bring this company down
So far they seem to be doing well

I have .. but he is making wait .. I know they need me .. but he is so lame and I'm competent .. can't go fight for me to get a raise from the director .. so I gave up
