Got an aws offer Level: L4 Location: Seattle, WA Salary: 130K SignOn: 1st yr: 32k 2nd yr: 25k Stock: 46k, 4 yrs 5%, 15%, 40%, 40% Any ideas?

I'm an L4, and I'm making 110k base 35k sign + 25k second year and 70k stock with the same vesting scheme. I did have to kill my internship to get that offer though

If you have other offers, negotiate up. If you don’t you should still try. It’s not close to high end of L4

New grad offers this year are 112k salary, Sign on 1st year 36k, 2nd year 22k, stock 80k, same terrible vesting as yours.
Bro new grads are making that much
L4 is new grads.
I thought l3 was for new grads
