AWS referral

A friend of mine has found a role at AWS that we think he would be a great fit for. The role is business development manager - oil and gas, and the candidate has over 15 years of experience working in middle to upper management at companies like ExxonMobil, Saudi Aramco, BP, and Schlumberger. When the cloud revolution started taking over Oil and gas he was part of the migration efforts, and understands very well the business needs of the energy industry when it comes to cloud. Needless to say, if gcp had a role open that was a perfect fit I would have referred him long ago. Would anyone be willing to refer my friend to this position at AWS?
