Recently a member of this company reached out to me regarding a wealth management position, but I have no knowledge of the company. Does anyone have any experience with them or wealth management positions in general?
Given that, what would be my best strategy for entering the world of finance, which is what my degree is in. Right now I am working as an operations supervisor on a loading dock, overnight. Would like to make the jump into my field of study at some point.
Keep looking and applying. Entrance level jobs are easy to find. What kind of title are you looking for?
They didn’t answer but I will. Jobs in financial strategy at the organizational level.
That’s not true, AXA does not ask you to pay them for anything. You’ll get a salary, and also get a commision based bonus for clients that you bring in
General consensus on this company as well as many other insurance based “advisors” in the industry is to avoid them. Basically you will be paying them rather than them paying you, due to all the high upfront costs. Unless you are an absolutely wonderful salesman, and you enjoy putting in all the hours to secure a sale, it’s not worth your time.
