About blind
People here often say that Blind is toxic. True There are many posts that don’t contain any valuable info. However there are also golden posts about Career/Immigration/etc. Sure before you find some of these real “diamonds” you will need to dig some shit. Maybe for significant amount of time. And I don’t mean only searching for the answers, but you will need to hone your skills as well (LC/System design/negotiations/etc) I was able to do it, worked hard during last year, as a result got a few good offers and increased my TC from X to 2.8X (after tax, I will quit Microsoft this month, it is well known company, true TC, not paper money), got level bump as well. Thank you Blind for the information! Thank you for being amazing! P.s. New TC: around 550k

i see a lot of selfish assholes who just want to know what Microsoft is doing for them. Talk about selfishness. How about all the whiners go buy a book and do something for the company instead. Feel sorry for all these whiners wanting a promo or raise handout ... how about focus on the company .. not yourselves.

OP congratulations. I don’t know how that’s even possible. But yeah I also studied leetcode and got an 80% pay raise from a startup to Microsoft. Didn’t know it was possible to get that huge of a pay raise if you’re already at Microsoft. I know google and Facebook pay more but what you’re getting is enormous.
