Hey all, Due to lack of competing offers and ignorance, I accepted the standard 120/100/15 for G new grad. I was curious if anyone has input on how much I can expect this to increase over time at G. Is it best to move after a couple years to get a higher tc or is Google good about ramping up compensation?
So much can change over a couple years. You may like your job. Too early to tell. High TC can come with good performance or luck of the draw. You're being too anxious. You're in at a good company. Sky's the limit for you.
Yeah I'm an anxious person lol
Is this for Seattle?
You should have got some competing offers ? Don't you have any , even Amazon ?

What is the appeal to NVIDIA?
if you really want to chase TC, get promoted then jump to another company. Jumping before the promo won't benefit you much
I don't want to chase TC. Would choose learning over tc most times. I'm just curious esp. since I see so many new grad offers at G that are 200+
What exactly u mean by learning, OP ?
