My roommate uses criteo as a source w his ad agency so im somewhat familiar. Is Criteo a good move?

Current TC $76k, being offered 110k + 10% sign on bonus for senior Data Analyst position. Just curious on your thoughts of the business and possibly culture.

Adtech industry is consolidating and criteo will prob be hit hard by cookie blocking by the major browsers so it’d be hard to make a jump elsewhere unless you had other plans in mind

Agreed which is one of my concerns. My current employer is expanding like crazy and growth is huge rn.

If they’re making you move, then consider the difference in cost of living at your new place vs current place.

It's within range of what I experience and what I see but in Los Angeles. (would maybe expect higher in NYC)

I'd disagree with the other Criteo above, though obviously everybody's experience is different. For me it's been great people to work with and plenty of interesting technical challenges, coupled with a great work life balance. I'm in R&D though.

I wouldn’t recommend Criteo. It’s not a great company until and unless you love adtech
