Addepar
So disappointed in Addepar for sending a rejection via an automated email. An automated rejection email after final interviews is cold, robotic, and nobody in the silicon valley does that anymore. I would have appreciated if they picked up the phone and conveyed the message.

Please just auto email reject me. Don’t schedule a 15 min call in the middle of the day to explain some BS reasons your team made up.

I would take email rejections any day. It’s rejection over phone that I find really disappointing
Google rejects via phone and people complain. Addepar rejects via email and you complain. Y’all get offended too easily
It’s feedback and nothing to be offended about. There’s a difference between a rejection email from the recruiter and an automated rejection email.
Still way better than getting ghosted. Plus an automatic email gets the message through all the same. It’s business. Need to not take things personally.
