They call their engineers 'scientists'.
Their Creative Suite is good. A lot of the rest is just okay.
Their recruiters suck. Never get a call from them
Their image is definitely photoshopped.
A solid tier 2 tech name on the resume that more experienced tech folks appreciated and respect. Good for mid level managers and above due to good pay/benefits. They’ve grown in cache in the past 2-3 years as stock price has gone up, but younger folks still prefer FGAA.
I agree with most with what you've said but disagree that they have good pay. I was underpaid $25k+ below market on base salary.
It doesn’t have pedigree
The Tubemogul adobe marketing group is considered second tier compared to their counterparts at google and Facebook.
Hiring way too many under qualified people and paying them too much for their lack of knowledge. Too many people with a 6-week “coding” course being hired as computer scientist. Testers are being reclassified as developers with a few weeks of courses. Lastly, lots of people with titles of Director, Sr Director, and VP with no reports *or* maybe 2-3 people in total reporting to them!!
That we hire a bunch of underpaid numpties.
