Adobe’s RSU vesting schedule
I got an offer from Adobe and it is not clear from the offer letter how the RSU vesting schedule looks like. Is it vested annually or quarterly after one year cliff? TC: 200K YOE: 5

Afaik, 4 years for the joining rsus. 3 years for refeshers.

It’s yearly vesting and not quarterly even after year 1.
1/4 every year. Simple google search would suffice but I guess everyone wants to humble brag every now or so Congrats

No, 1/4 every year would imply you get a quarter of the shares every year. For example, 100k RSU is 25k per year
