I am graduating with master's degree, have 2 yoe prior to master's. I am applying for full-time positions and likely will get a decent (but not necessarily the dreamt one) job. So, if I happen to switch (job + domain) after 1 year, will this time be counted towards my work experience?. Moreover, how feasible will it be to switch domain?

Your domain switching can be a convenience that is Decent. Therefore full time position for a year is feasible
