Advice on investment

Let’s say have 50k to invest in a safe investment strategy. Any good pointers on ETF or mutual funds that give a 3-4% return with minimum risk ?

Invest in any S&p 500 fund

Huh, s&p 500 is great for long term but it can go down 20% or more in any given year. It's not safe.

Damn that's pretty good. Comparable to UK banks. There is similar offers like that in the US?

Are you an actual user of Beam? They look like just a website that has yet to launch. I’m guessing the 2-4% is a teaser.
