Advice on salary negotiation
Currently I have new grad swe offers from Microsoft and Bloomberg. After negotiating the offer with my Bloomberg recuiter through email, she asked to speak with me over the phone. What should I expect? Will she ask me to commit to Bloomberg in exchange for a better offer? I’m hoping to get a better Microsoft offer at the end. Microsoft: 110/70/20 Bloomberg: 140/15

Ms looks max for new grad no masters already. Maybe base can increase a little

stocks can increase a lot, up to 150 for sure, maybe higher
