Advice on spending money in Europe

I am on a business trip to Europe and as such have a allowance of 80 Euros that can be reimbursed for food and non alcoholic drinks. Normally my breakfast, lunch and dinner doesn't cost more than 35-40 Euros. Any advice on how to make the most on company dime? I have already hoarded boxes of chocolates to be taken home.

Look up the best restaurants in the city and dine there.. buy extra meals and donate them to homeless people if you can’t eat so much

I buy food for the homeless on business trips. My average meal doesn't cost more than $15. And the usual allowance is much more than that, which I spend on chocolates, and buying pizzas for homeless.

I tried giving them chocolates but for some reason, they didn't take

Because those are junkies. Western Europe has great homeless shelters and rehab centers, but you need to be clean to be admitted. They prefer to get high and shit in bushes in parks. Fuck them.

You still can go and have dinner with some wine and expense it. Just don’t expense bar drinks or submit receipts with only alcohol on them.
