Advise for Amazon phone screening
Having a phone screening with Amazon for an FreeRTOS position. Never had a phone screen with Amazon before. Email says there will be STAR type behavior questions. Any advise on things I should brush up on? Are Amazon’s Leadership Primciples important? Do they come up in interviews? thanks YoE: 2 Total Comp: 💩 (Consultancy pays sh@t)

LPs are life Study, memorize, recite, live them. Sounds cultish but majority of questions will be LP based and then some coding if this is for a tech role.

What I would say from my own experience is expect them to drill you in the technical details.
