After H1B visa transfer, physical document receipt period
Hi, I recently got my H1B transfer approved notice from the USCIS website. Can someone tell me how long will it take me to get the physical copy of my documents from USCIS, my attorney is Fragomen. Also on a different note does anyone for H4 dependent visa, do I need to send my physical copy to my spouse for her visa interview(if someone could summarize all the documents needed for H4, that'll be great)?

Is this the first time that your wife will be applying for a US Visa?
Yes, she'll be applying for the first time.
Ok, for my wife's first interview they didn't ask her for any documentation whatsoever. But to be on the safe side she should at least have a copy of your approved i797. No harm in carrying the originals as well. In general the only questions they ask are to ascertain if the marriage is genuine or one of convenience.
