Hi, I have decided to change jobs. Unfortunately the apartment that I pay for is leased by my employer and the company that manages the property is refusing to transfer the lease or even lease it to me seamlessly (they want me to move out, apply, and the move back in) - I would've preferred to just take over the lease (with or without early termination fee) and stay there but they are not making it easy for me to remain there. Anyway, I am looking for an apartment in the Bay Area and think that I may have a better chance of finding something I like with the help of a professional. Does anyone recommend a company that may help me and my wife find out next home? I have a list of requirements in CNF and unfortunately few of these requirements are disjunctions - Zillow and similar platforms don't have options to filter by proximity to transit options (such as "must be within 2 mile of a Caltrain station that has baby bullet trains"). Any recommendations? Note: I'm a vendor @ Google and work in Mountain View. Will move to a company in SF.
