So I did the on-site interview at AirBNB. After the on-site and a few days later, the recruiter called me and said another manager wants to talk to me about work with them. Now, I’m super confused. Does it mean they want me? Why didn’t I go through the culture interview ? What the fuck is going on
You did an on-site without culture interview?
I did the on-site, they said the culture interview happens afterwards like a few days later
How tough were the qs? LC hards?
Ugh no qs were like lc medium. Maybe one of them was hard
That's probably because you were borderline on the cultural fit and they want to do another round.
No, Square said that the cultural interview would be next round. In any case, good luck with your interviews!
Op how did this pan out? Did you ever do culture interview ? Did you get any offer

Avoid teams with only Chinese or Indians especially with a Chinese/Indian manager
I have never worked at Airbnb before, but what you described sounds like they discussed that you most likely have passed the interview, but your skills seem to be a better fit for the other team which is under the manager who wants to talk to you. Just go in, appear interested and engaging, and they will likely make you an offer (I believe).
