Airbnb DS - hard to get interview?
Is Airbnb extra selective about their callbacks for DS interviews? I have no problem getting call backs for analytics roles at most companies, but Airbnb DS analytics always seems to reject me after a day or two of applying.... is Airbnb really strict on its requirements or something? Any thoughts folks at Airbnb?

Anyone care to elaborate? My skill sets align more with analytics and not ML, and so that’s not a big problem. Currently studying ML, but it is what it is for now
I have been trying to get an interview for this role too.. I did the take home and the recruiter told me the team said I did well but the role was filled by the time we had the next call. My guess is they get spammed with qualified candidates. Anyone from Airbnb have any insight into when new ds analytics roles are opening or how often they do?
There are a couple on the website now. Can I ask what your yoe/title is at Uber? I’m right around 4 yoe

2nd hand info but I know a few folks who left after their last re org - apparently a chaotic and cliquey environment
