Airbnb E5 offer
has anyone received a E5 offer recently? What do the numbers look like? I am looking for high band of E5. How much can I look for Phd with 6+ years of experience including 3.7 at FB.

High L5 could be around 215k base Bonus 20% Rsu - 900k/4 years When I joined few years back at L5 I received 200k base and rsu 600k/4years. So I am assuming above would be the high band. I had 10+ yoe. It also depends on your current

900k is way out of band. 600k is good. 215k base is also high.

I saw someone posted 215k earlier so I am sure it’s in band. I received 610k at 105 rate. With new rate I have seen people getting around 750k. So I would say max could be around 900k.
I heard AB’s offer is one level above Fb in money at same career level. For E5 in AB, you should expect E6 salary in FB
