Can anybody help me get a referral for a software engineer position at Airbnb? I have 3 YOE and I have a PhD in Computer Science. I appreciate it.

They don’t hire new grads until August. Anyone with less than 3 years of professional experience (not including internships) is considered new grad.

Yeah but I'm a recent graduate. Doesn't make a difference?
