For those living in sf, are ur allergies better or worse there? I’ve lived in a few cities: dc, austin, nyc, etc.. and my allergies are way worse in sf. I’m really allergic to dust and some pollen/cedar but that’s in every city. Have some prescribed sprays but sometimes it’s not effective. Seeing how ppl in sf are combatting allergies there
maybe get an allergy test in CA?
Flonase
Costco brand is cost effective. Take it with Allegra for extra defense.
In SF you will likely feel less effect from Cedar and dust ( I have similar allergies and feel them less in SF). Mold would be a different story. You might encounter worse symptoms in SF if you are allergic to mold
Get an air purifier in your room!
My girlfriend keeps getting itchy hands which she never had dealt with before. Is this part of it? Anyone had this before and found a solution?
Dry weather will make skin react badly. Put lotion as much as possible so your skin is more resistant.
It could be local, I.e your residence that’s killing you slowly. Check for mold, asbestos or other allergens. Get the house cleaned with non toxic cleaners, and eat a simple organic plant based diet. P.S: it could also be the dampness. Get a dehumidifier
Dont take Zyrtec, had a hard time getting off it coz wud keep getting itchy skin if i didnt take it for a few days even though i never had itch issues previously.
Hmmm. If I don't take my zyrtec but skin itches like crazy.
