I am currently employed as a Software Engineer 3(new grad level is 2) in the Greater Seattle area in a non FAANG company. My current TC is around 130k($119k base + 8% annual bonus + $2-3k in stocks). When I signed the offer letter last year I was given a base of $112k, no sign on bonus, annual bonus of 8% and 160 stocks(@40 per share). I felt at the time I was given a lowball offer and the feeling has persisted till now which has led me to apply to other companies. Can you guys either vindicate or challenge my suspicion?
YOE?
You are paid fairly in your company.
Fair for Comcast
Average and fair for Comcast
How do you define fairly? Compared to your peers at Comcast or to engineers in faang or to market percentiles?

You're a little low. You should expect to go up 30% ish with your next job, which I would pursue in about a year.
