Am I blacklisted by google recruiter
Google recruiter was friendly at beginning and told me that they can skip phone interview, and ask for a google employee referral. After I provided the name (I am sure he will say something good). Recruiter keep saying no team interested in me. Even after I got many offers e.g. FB, Netflix, Lyft ... and told recruiter about offers (to convince that I am technically good). Still the same answer - no interesting. Later, I heard my referral has perf issue in google. I am wondering if that could be the reason google doesn't move forward? Will I be in blacklist forever? I have been high performer in many companies, didn't do anything bad.

What Google does is that if they see other Google employees that could have worked/studied with you, they ask them for short feedback. Like, if you're smart, your Googliness, they rate you as top % of people they have worked with. It is possible that somebody gave you this bad feedback. If you have enemies, that might be the case, or somebody who doesn't like you just lied. Maybe that's why they asked for referral, and you gave one with perf issue, so they that maybe instead of helping digged you even further.
