Am i underpaid?
i have around 10 yoe. masters in comp sci. working as a software dev manager in a consulting firm. earlier worked in tech giants. getting 150 base + usual perks. i feel like i am underpaid specially when we dont have any stock options etc. can anyone provide an honest opinion please?

faang pays 350+ for people like u in the bay area, discount by at most 20% for other US offices
