That's fair.
I would look for 13-17% more .. may be there is not many public companies than FB / Google who can offer it ..

That’s on lower side compared to FB, google etc.
TPMs are about 15-20% less than SDEs at same level at Amazon. And SDEs are about 20% less than the equivalent level at FB or G in target comp (realized comp at L6+ is high as hell with stock price of course).
