Been an L6 PM for 3.5y at Amazon with great reviews and "promoted" to Manager III, PM. While I absolutely love Amazon's culture, internal politics and lack of a meaty charter within my org have precluded me from proving I can do a great job at the next level. I'm evaluating moving somewhere else to then hopefully get back as an L7 after a year or so (shorter timeframe than what I think I'd get by staying here). Any interesting stories of L6->L7 PM boomerangs?

If Trump wins the election again , will you cry?
I know many, but these cases are too unique and specific for you (or anyone) to draw inferences from to apply to your situation
Mind sharing a few cases anyway? I would be interested in hearing more about those.
