Amazon Financial tech team or AWS team?

Have an on-site scheduled for Financial tech team, have an option to interview for AWS teams as well. Which team would you suggest will be better in terms of growth, team members to work with and technical challenges which will add value in the future. Looking for Google/Microsoft opportunities as well if someone can help me out with a referral. Thanks! 8+ YOE

I don't know about Amazon in particular, but Fintech across the board has a bad working reputation for all companies

Depends on which team in AWS. AWS is a huge organization and it's a hit or miss depending on the team.
