Amazon H1B extension not applied in premium; wife's H4 EAD expiring soon.
Wanted to check if anyone else is sailing in a similar boat. My H1b extension request was filed in March but Fragomen said they can't file premium as Amazon's legal entity name had changed last year. Now my wife is on H4 EAD and her EAD might expire before my H1B approval comes through and she might lose her job if that happens. Anyone knows of a way out of this? Appreciate any suggestions.

Tell ur wife to take time off if ur h1b is not approved. If you have applied for ead then technically she can get 180 days extension but this is grey area some employer accept some don’t.
Maybe she should start leetcoding
