Amazon L5 Finance Compensation

Getting an offer for L5 finance. What numbers should I be looking for? Recruiter roughly mentioned 100k cash, signing bonus (first 2 years) and RSUs at 5/15/40/40. But, from what I understood, my TC will be 100k. So does that mean a base around 70-80k? That seems way too low. Or, am I not understanding it correctly? Feels like 100k base + signing + RSU would be more appropriate. Anyone have insight into this?
