Amazon L5 system’s engineer compensation

Hi, I just got an offer from amazon for systems engineer role with 8 & half yeas exp and my compensation as below Base: 130k RSUs: 35 Sign-on :25 k (first year) & 20k(2nd year) Please suggest me how much i can negotiate. Thanks
