Amazon L6 PMT offer. Interviewed for L7 PMT. Need advice.
Have been offered L6 PMT role though interviewed for L7 by existing L7/L8 of Amazon team. Not sure I understand why as I have people management, Senior leader in current role plus relevant job experience. Appreciate any reasons why this could happen? Since role is interesting level is not a concern but concerned about the compensation. Existing TC (Base+Bonus) ~$270K projected to go to ~$300K shortly. Would Amazon be able to offer atleast ~$350K (Base+Bonus)TC at L6? What's reasonable expectation Stock/RSU's at senior L6 ?
